JACKODUR® FOUNDATION SHUTTERING

JACKODUR® Foundation Shuttering combines thermal insulation and shuttering in one. The elements remain in the foundation as permanent formwork, providing continuous protection against thermal bridges. JACKODUR Foundation Shuttering is economical to install, and its dual function as shuttering and insulation effectively saves time at the construction site.

JACKODUR® RENDERING EDGING STRIPS

JACKODUR® Rendering Edging Strips have good compressive strength and are dimensionally stable, impervious to moisture and rot-resistant. They are specifically designed to protect against thermal losses at window and door openings and are used in cavity wall construction. Due to their ‘gefiniert’ waffle-pattern textured surface, JACKODUR Rendering Edging Strips are ready for the direct application of plaster or render.

This innovative product makes it possible to install concrete slab shuttering and insulation at the same time. JACKODUR® Insulation Shuttering JDS is installed as permanent shuttering for concrete slabs. With the ‘gefiniert’ waffle-pattern surface, the elements need no pre-treatment before applying the finish plaster or render.

JACKODUR® INSULATION STRIP

JACKODUR® Insulation Strip is especially made for insulating roof rafters. For interior construction, this insulation provides effective protection against thermal bridges in existing buildings as well as in new construction. It is lightweight, easy to work with and more economical than simple roof battens. The material has good compressive strength, is dimensionally stable, does not react to moisture and is rot-resistant.

JACKODUR® ANGLE FILLET

As edge closure in the preparatory work of flat roof insulation and sealing, the JACKODUR® Angle Fillet forms the transition between the horizontal roof level to the vertical roof perimeter. Using these wedges will optimise the sealing tape joint. Made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam according to EN 13164, the JACKODUR® Angle Fillet has good compressive strength, dimensional stability, moisture- and rot-resistance.
